These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Anly, the app made by ANLY APP LLC ("Anly," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Anly, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Anly.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Anly. By using Anly, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away at kuodemi@anly.app if you think your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
Anly is a space for staying close to the people you care about. To keep it that way, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone using Anly
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative, especially involving a minor
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt Anly's servers or infrastructure
- Use Anly for any purpose that violates applicable law
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Your Content
You own the messages and photos you post to Anly ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display it solely to operate Anly — for example, so your Carers can see a photo you post in a Room. We don't use Your Content for advertising, and we don't sell it.
You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
Termination
You can stop using Anly and request account deletion at any time by contacting kuodemi@anly.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers
Anly is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that Anly will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — we're a small team actively building and improving it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANLY APP LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Anly. Our total liability for any claim relating to Anly will not exceed the amount you've paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
